Owwhhh...Z'gok. that hypnotic Zeonic Eye. a good model kit. did the original colour scheme although it seems that i overdid it *sigh*. oh well, whats done is done. there's no turning back.
Got this model from my friend, Mr. Azlan. he bought the kit at the same shop as my Susanowo. a very cool model kit.
Did custom paint job on this kit and some minor modification. not much to be added since the kit itself is awesome. scribed out some extra panel lines. the head part was the hardest to do. the masking process on the head took me extra hours.
Got this kit for my birthday a year ago. only recently completed it.
First kit that was completed using my airbrush and a proper mini airbrush compressor.got the compressor and started progressing on the kit. the Dragon Brand 1/144 Gunner Warrior kit was okay though. the make of the model kit is quite impressive. but still it cant beat the awesomeness of the original Bandai model kit.
Took me about a month to properly assemble the kit because of most of the parts was not align with its counter-parts. did additional custom armor add-on using 0.05mm pla-plate. painted the kit with mean green instead of girly pink.
Very very old model kits. production line of this kits were in 1987. 23-years-old model kits. one should not expect much from these kits because they are almost the same age as me,lol. Mr.Sepul got these kits from another collector for only RM30 (if i'm not mistaken). hand-painted the kit with custom colour (red & blue variations). mine was sort of a a dying kit when i first got this model. most of the weapon, thruster and small parts were missing. but i guess i cant complaint because i got this kit for cheap. i painted my Kampfer in red and Mr.Sepul painted his in blue. i personally experimented a lot with this kit since there were a lot of parts need to be replaced. scratch-built the bazooka and improvise some other parts.
Yup,another model owned by Mr.Sepul. OO Gundam of Celestial being from Gundam OO (kinda confusing isnt it???haha). done together by Mr.Sepul and myself. the overall process of completing this kit is almost the same as our previous project, the GNX-III A-Laws Type (hand-painted and applying water-slide decals). but for this kit, Mr.Sepul decide to go a little bold with the colour scheme. choosing a monotonous colour scheme did quite a good job on the kit. and i do love this kit a lot. the articulation on this model kit is really impressive for a 1/144 scale gundam model kit. tonnes of amazing poses can be done to the kit and i think it really fits the characteristic of OO Gundam.
Somehow, this custom colour scheme reminds me of Patlabor~:P
